We do not accept refunds for non-refundable deposits made at the time of booking. This includes cancellations / change of mind. Cancellations made prior to the 4 week window are rescheduled with no penalty. Cancellations made without 24 hours’ notice but prior to the start of the session incur a $50 late-cancellation / rescheduling fee. No-shows or cancellations made after the start of the session incur the full fee.
"Why?" you might ask? Because once your appointment is confirmed with our calendar, we do not accept any other business during that time-frame and are required to pay our stylists for the time they block off as well.
Of course, we understand that emergencies do come up, and in some instances we may choose to waive that fee however we find that having this policy in place detracts from last minute cancellations.

We are based in Brisbane; and mainly cover South East Queensland, Including, the Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast.
However, we love to travel everywhere for shoots!
We are more than happy to travel throughout Australia & Overseas; if you are able to provide airfare & standard accomodation for 1-2 nights.
